For over 32 years, Ed has participated on numerous distributor advisory boards and has been the past president of of the Independent Medical Distributors Association (IMDA) three times.

Ed has also been awarded the Ernie Douglass Award for lifetime achievement. The award recognizes a person in the healthcare industry who exhibits support and encouragement of associates; a willingness to share his or her business and distribution knowledge; professional salesmanship and ethics in business.
